Dr. Alisa Burnett

Dr. Alisa Burnett is a Walton County optometrist specifically serving the Loganville and Monroe areas.  We are excited to expand into Newton County as we begin to serve this community. 

Dr. Burnett practices full scope comprehensive eyecare including specialty contact lens care and ocular disease treatment.  While Dr. Burnett medically manages conditions such as diabetes, dry eye and macular degeneration, she also emphasizes and incorporates holistic solutions such as diet, exercise, supplements and stress management as strategies towards healing and maintaining ocular and overall health.    

Dr. Burnett holds three degrees: Bachelor of Science, Biology, University of Missouri, St. Louis.   Bachelor of Science, Optometry, Indiana University.  Doctor of Optometry, Indiana University, School of Optometry.  She completed ocular disease internships with Perry Point VA in Perry Point, Maryland and with Omni Eye Services in Atlanta, Georgia.   

Dr. Burnett is a member of the American Association of Corporate Optometrists and the Ocular Wellness & Nutrition Society.   

Dr. Burnett has been blessed with 25 years of marriage and two sons, who recently graduated from college. In her free time, Dr. Burnett enjoys a great book, the great outdoors, a great run and a great travel destination.    She loves Romans 8:28, spending time with her family, friends, and volunteering for causes near and dear to her heart.

Dr. Camilla Donald

Dr. Camilla Donald is a Board Certified Optometrist who specializes in comprehensive eye care. Eye care is her passion. Her goal as a practitioner is “to help my patients improve the quality of their life by preserving or enhancing the quality of their vision.” Dr. Donald is an expert in the management of systemic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as managing dry eyes and red eyes, fitting contact lenses and glasses, and co-managing refractive (LASIK) and cataract surgery.

Dr. Donald graduated from the University of Missouri, St. Louis College of Optometry and went on to complete a challenging residency at the St. Louis VA Medical Center focusing on ocular disease and geriatric optometry. Two years later, she earned the prestigious title of Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. She has gone on to earn the title of Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry which ensures that she maintains the highest level of patient care. As a Diplomate, she undergoes extensive continuing education training centered on maintaining excellent skills and advancements in eye care. She has lectured optometry students and colleagues as well as preparing publishable works in optometry.

In her spare time, Dr. Donald loves to travel all over with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools, reading books, and studying historical events especially WWII. Dr. Donald looks forward to serving you for all of your eye care needs at Select EyeCare LLC.
